Please note that our drivers can’t park nor can they come up to the train platform therefore your guest(s) need(s) to step outside the station and go to the driver themselves.

The best possible pick up place at the station will be on the back side (north/West side) of the station. (This is where the ferries are)
On this side there is a “kiss & ride” space where the driver will wait for them.

As for the drop off, this is the same. The drivers can’t go very far into the station nor can they go on to the platform without a ticket.
This is why your guest(s) need(s) to take care of themselves after they’ve been dropped off.

If there is a way for your guest(s) to get off at Schiphol Airport rather than Amsterdam Central Station this will be advisable.
Normally Schiphol is one stop prior to the Amsterdam Central Station and at the Airport we can provide our standard pick up service.

At the time of the transfer, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 20 minutes from the time the luggage is provided on the belt. In the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the 24/7 emergency number, +31 6 46 22 15 36, to make contact with Business Bookings Amsterdam. If you fail to call the emergency contact number within 20 minutes from the time the luggage is provided on the belt, and as such the Business Bookings Amsterdam is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no-show and you accept to pay the full cost of the booked service.

You will not be charged for cancellations if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer pick up time.

You can cancel your reservation via email or phone up to 24 hours before the pick-up or arrival time.

If you cancel your reservation between 24 and 12 hours before the scheduled transfer pick up time, Business Bookings Amsterdam charges a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount which was confirmed.

If you cancel your reservation less than 12 hours before the scheduled transfer pick up time, Business Bookings Amsterdam charges a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount which was confirmed.

By making a booking with us you agree to a pay the full cost of the booked service in case of a cancellation within the chargeable cancellation period.

A flat rate transfer is a predetermined route for a fixed price.
